What to Do With Short Wall Space

When you moved into your home you thought some of its short walls would prove difficult to make use of, but this does not have to be a problem area. Instead, what you used to view as awkward, like the slanted space under the staircase, can be some excellent territory to make into a showcase. For example if you have a relatively short ceiling on one wall, put backless benches in that nook and display interesting decorative items such as candelabras, or antique clocks. Or, if space permits, you can stack a couple of the benches to make a bookshelf. The possibilities of what you could put in this newfound space are endless, and though these short walls may have formerly been considered challenging, now they can be seen as exciting.
